SB0077 - Pharmacy Practice Act Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could increase revenue to the Commerce Service Fund by $50,000 and Dedicated Credit Revenue by $40,000 annually. Costs to the Commerce Department to administer and maintain the new licenses could be $53,300 annually. The Dedicated Credit Revenue could be used to pay for background checks of licensees. Spending from the Commerce Service Fund affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
