State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
By eliminating a transfer to the Permanent State Trust Fund, enactment of this bill could increase General Fund revenue by about $124,000, $1,054,000, and $1,059,000 in FY 2014, FY 2015, and FY 2016 respectivley.
