State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Department of Corrections from the General Fund $1,300 in FY 2015, $2,500 in FY 2016, and $3,800 each year thereafter for probation supervision. An estimated $1,300 annually in General Fund revenue will be collected in fines.
