SB0139S01 - Transportation Funding Revisions

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill increases revenue to the General Fund by $3,032,500 in FY 2016 and increases revenue to the Transportation Investment Fund of 2005 by $1,457,200 in FY 2015 and $79,700 in FY 2016.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Owners of natural gas, electric, hybrid, and converted vehicles will see a registration fee increase ranging from $90 to $120 per vehicle with a total state impact of $1,457,200 in FY 2015 and $3,112,200 in FY 2016.
