SB0259 - Victim Reparations Fund Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would require all money in the Crime Victim Reparations Fund to be used for victim reparations or services, thus shifting some administrative costs in the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice from the Crime Victim Reparations Fund to the General Fund. Beginning FY 2015, this bill could shift $2,047,700 ongoing.
