Agency: Southern Utah University Line Item: Shakespeare Festival Function Founded in 1961, the Utah Shakespearean Festival is committed to entertain, enrich, and educate audiences of Shakespeare and other master dramatists. In 2000, the Shakespeare Festival received the Tony Award for outstanding regional theater.
