Joel, It has been exactly 12 days since House Democrats blocked a clean Paycheck Protection Funding bill. While those in power are appearing on entertainment TV, showing off expensive ice cream brands in over-sized freezers, 22 million Americans are newly unemployed and concerned about feeding their families. Many small business owners are feeling cheated by this unnecessary delay and desperately need help to meet current payroll needs. Congress needs to pass a clean rescue bill.
