Subject: Are You Compliant with the CJIS Security Policy Mandate?
Date: Wed May 21 11:26:49 MDT 2014
Body:
The Criminal Justice Information Service (CJIS) Security Policy mandate deadline is rapidly approaching. As of September 30, 2014, law enforcement agencies that do not employ an advanced authentication solution will not be able to access the FBI's CJIS information network.

However, advanced authentication is ambiguously defined in the CJIS security policy. What exactly does advanced authentication mean? Furthermore, how do you comply with a mandate that has no clear guidelines?

Want to learn more? Download SafeNet's white paper, Guidelines for Choosing an Advanced Authentication Solution for Accessing CJIS Services, to learn how to choose the right CJIS-compliant authentication method that best fits your organization's needs.
