Mr. Jenkins,

I am an instructor at the University of Utah and will be teaching a graduate level Nutrition Policy course this upcoming spring semester. The  Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment Interim Committee is a committee that I'd like my students to follow and, maybe, become involved with or follow in some way during the upcoming session. To that end, as a Co-Chair, I am wondering if you might be available to come and speak to the class at some point during the semester. Or, if that is too time consuming, perhaps, we could come up for a committee meeting or something and have you speak for a few moments about what you do and how the committee creates policy and so forth.  Your thoughts and insights would be greatly appreciated, in whatever capacity is convenient for you.

Please let me know if you have any interest in this, as I think it would be extremely valuable for our graduate students. Thank you for your time and consideration.
