The scope of this request includes but is not limited to any materials relating to the ALEC board of directors or other meetings or committees held during or alongside the ALEC conference in Dallas, including meetings of the ALEC-linked organization the Jeffersonian Project also known as the Jefferson Project, and of the American City County Exchange (ACCE).

The search for this request may be limited to records created, sent or received from June 1, 2014 to the present.

The scope of this request includes yourself, as well as all staff that report to you.

Please note that this request includes all emails sent or received on official state email accounts, as well as any other email accounts that have been used for official business.

If the cost would be greater than this amount, please notify us.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.

Where possible, please provide these materials electronically, either by email or on cd/dvd.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to discuss what materials should be included, please do not hesitate to contact me by email at surgey@progressive.org.
