    Dear Scott,

There is an amazing amount of publicity for the Transfer of Public Lands.  In April, the publication, Imprimis came out through Hillsdale College, a NON-subsidized college, giving a good basic understanding of the background surrounding this issue.  Please share with those who still need some clarity on how the lands situation came to the state it is currently in and what must be done about it.
