ICPS is proud to announce tha
t the Public Accounts Committees Symposium and Professional Certificate will take place from 20th - 23rd October 2014.

The symposium will take place from 20th - 21st October with the theme “Value for Money and Scrutiny: The Work of PACs in Practice”. Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss a range of subjects including the scope of PAC enquiries, case studies of scrutiny and accountability, as well as compare their own perspectives from around the world.

While the symposium will deal with issues relating to the broad picture of the work of PACs, the Professional Certificate (22nd - 23rd October) will examine in greater depth and detail holding inquiries, public financial management and forward planning for PAC committee schedules.

Participants who attend all four days will be eligible to attain the Chartered Management Institute-accredited Professional Certificate in Management and Leadership.
