William J. Rothwell, Ph.D., SPHR, CPLP Fellow is President of Rothwell & Associates, Inc, a consulting firm specializing in succession planning and talent management. He is also a Professor in the Workforce Education and Development program, Department of Learning and Performance Systems, at Pennsylvania State University.

 

James Alexander, RODP, has over twenty-five years' experience in the field of organization development and training in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Alexander currently serves as an internal consultant with the federal government at the Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS).
