Hi all,

We moved to Utah for a more conservative atmosphere.  We wanted more parental/familial decisions with less government intrusion.  We oppose any bills that take children out of the home at a young age.  Being from New York I’m used to liberal laws and policies, but I’d hate to see that happen here.

Most research shows that preschools don’t provide any long term benefits to the kids.  It’s a waste of money and it’s not the state’s job to get a child ready for kindergarten.  The things they learn in preschool can be picked up in kindergarten if they aren’t getting the instruction in the home.

Thank you for your time,

Liz Green
