Subject: HB 37.........Utahn's deserve access to what is theirs!
Date: Tue Feb 18 20:28:05 MST 2014
Body:
What is going on with HB 37.  Why is this still stuck in Rules Committee? Why? Is this not important?  It's important to me and everyone around me.   It seems quite clear to me, as it did to the Utah Supreme Court, that the water in our states streams and rivers belong to all of us.  If we find ourselves touching the bed of a stream or wading in a river as we fish or float through private lands, there should be an easement allowing us to do so.  Utah's waterways are public and should remain open to all residents.  The general public, with fishing and hunting license purchases, help pay to have these water ways managed and the public deserves access.

Please, Let's get HB 37 out of Rules.  This is important to all the people in the state of Utah.  We just want a compromise.

Thank You

Charlie
