The Center for the New Energy Economy (CNEE) maintains the Advanced Energy Legislation Tracker (AEL Tracker) which consolidates all advanced energy-related legislation introduced across all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia into one database. At the end of February, the AEL Tracker contained 1,268 bills introduced in 2014 alone.

In our latest AEL TrackerTrends and Analysis paper, CNEE outlines the 15 most common introduced advanced energy policies thus far in 2014. Our findings suggest that legislative activity in the regulation of public utilities, tax incentives for advanced energy and Renewable Portfolio Standard modifications are among the most common policies considered by state legislatures this session.

The AEL Tracker project is in partnership between Center for the New Energy Economy (CNEE) & Advanced Energy Economy
(AEE)
.
