Subject: Please do not pass HB 131 out of committee

House Education Committee members,

I would ask that you please consider this bill carefully and NOT pass it out of committee. We need to remember what has made us great as a state and continue to do what has worked in the past, not what has failed miserably. We need to remember to be fiscally responsible, not spend ourselves out of oblivion. We need to remember that when we give up our freedoms for security, we lose both. I do not believe that the state should be collecting and storing data of it's citizens (especially data received from their children), and I especially do not agree with it being given to a third party. Again, I would urge you to remember what makes us great; it is not bills like this. Please do not pass HB 131 out of committee.

Thank You.

Respectfully,

Emily Flint
