Dear Representatives,

I ask that you please support HB96!  My two children have both had the opportunity to attend preschool and it has been a tremendous help to our family.  At age two, the preschool teacher pointed out that my oldest child was behind in speech and behind physically.  At three, while at preschool my child failed her eye exam.

Although we had frequent visits to the doctor (other medical issues) these issues were caught only by the preschool teachers and would have been devastating without early intervention.  Extensive speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and thick glasses followed the teachers' recommendations.

When families have special issues, whether medical or financial, preschool is crucial for success!
