Great bill (custody while investigation), Todd.  In the Powell case, he was never charged.  Can you add something about "only person of interest" or something like that?  Of course,  after what happened to me and some other friends (not murder, but other heinous factors) I don't necessarily trust judges or legislation.   But anything that may actually protect children (from the right people) is paramount.
