I am requesting that Margaret Plane be included in the judicial confirmation hearings.  I see no reason that as a lawyer who was recently honored as the Lawyer of the Year by the Women Lawyers of Utah she has not been included in these hearings.  She would make an excellent addition to the Utah Supreme Court. We need a balanced representation in our judicial system.
