APPROPRIATION FOR OLENE WALKER

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $5,000,000 FROM THE
7 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 TO THE OLENE WALKER HOUSING
8 TRUST FUND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1997-98 $5,000,000 to the
13 Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund created under Section 9-4-702.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
