6    AN ACT RELATING TO COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT;
7    APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98
8    TO THE DIVISION OF INDIAN AFFAIRS FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON
9    CENTRALIZING URBAN PROGRAMS FOR NATIVE AMERICANS; AND PROVIDING
10    AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
11    This act enacts uncodified material.
12    Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13        Section 1. Appropriation.
14        There is appropriated $30,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1997-98 to the
15    Division of Indian Affairs within the Department of Community and Economic Development for
16    a feasibility study on centralizing urban programs for Native Americans.
17        Section 2. Effective date.
18        This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
