STATE FISH AMENDMENTS

5 AN ACT RELATING TO STATE FISH; DESIGNATING THE BONNEVILLE CUTTHROAT
6 AS THE STATE FISH.
7 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
8 AMENDS:
9 63-13-7.3, as enacted by Chapter 161, Laws of Utah 1971
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Section 63-13-7.3 is amended to read:
12 63-13-7.3. State fish.
13 The [rainbow] Bonneville cutthroat trout is hereby selected and designated to be the state
14 fish of Utah.
