AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY AND APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING
$150,000 FOR COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT PERSONNEL; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
There is appropriated for fiscal year 1998-99 from the General Fund to the Utah Highway
Patrol Division of the Department of Public Safety $150,000 to fund the following technology
support personnel:
(1) one program director;
(2) one programmer/analyst III; and
(3) one technical support specialist II.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
