UTAH SUMMER GAMES APPROPRIATION
1998 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE OFFICE OF UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT OF SOUTHERN
UTAH UNIVERSITY FOR THE UTAH SUMMER GAMES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
There is appropriated $30,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the Office
of University Advancement of Southern Utah University to help defray the costs of staging the
event known as the Utah Summer Games.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
