APPROPRIATION FOR TUACAHN
2 FOUNDATION
3 1998 GENERAL SESSION

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE
7 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
8 COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE TUACAHN FOUNDATION;
9 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $100,000 to the
14 Department of Community and Economic Development for distribution to the Tuacahn
15 Foundation, to further the statewide public purpose of promoting cultural arts, travel, and tourism.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
