Mr. Speaker:

    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 280, WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE AMENDMENTS, by Representative B. Wright, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 26:    After "may not" delete "require" and insert "permit"

2.    Page 2, Line 1:    After "may not" delete "require" and insert "permit"

3.    Page 3, Line 24:    Delete line 24 and insert "in Subsections 35A-4-206(1) and (2) and does not include employment as provided in Subsection 35A-4-206(3)."
