Representative David Ure proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 2: At the end of line 2, insert:
"The judges shall coordinate attendance for meetings so that, if possible, at least one is in attendance at each meeting. If both judges are in attendance at a meeting, only one may be counted for quorum purposes and vote on each issue before the commission."
