Senator Jones proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 10, Line 8: After line 8 insert:
Section 6. Coordination clause.
If this bill, and H.B.172, Executive Compensation both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the compensation for the Chief Information Officer in Subsection 67-22-2(1) be adjusted to match the adjustments made for the other officers at the same compensation rate.
