Senate Floor Amendments

Senator Howard Nielson proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 28:    After "(1)" insert "(a)"

2.    Page 2, Line 2:    At the beginning of Line 2, delete "(a)" and insert "(i)"

3.    Page 2, Line 4:    At the beginning of Line 4, delete "(b)" and insert "(ii)"

4.    Page 2, Line 6:    After Line 6 insert:
        "(b) The credits provided for in this section do not include the alternative incremental credit provided for in Section 41(c)(4), Internal Revenue Code."

5.    Page 2, Line 16:    After "except that" insert ": (i) the base amount does not include the calculation of the alternative incremental credit provided for in Section 41(c)(4), Internal Revenue Code; and
        (ii)"

6.    Page 4, Line 5:    After "(1)" insert "(a)"

7.    Page 4, Line 8:    At the beginning of Line 8, delete "(a)" and insert "(i)"

8.    Page 4, Line 10:    At the beginning of Line 8, delete "(b)" and insert "(ii)"

9.    Page 4, Line 12:    After Line 12 insert:
        "(b) The credits provided for in this section do not include the alternative incremental credit provided for in Section 41(c)(4), Internal Revenue Code."
