Senator C. Peterson proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 6:    After "SIGNATURE;" delete "AND"

2.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "CORRECTIONS;" insert "AND PROVIDING A COORDINATION CLAUSE"

3.    Page 3, Line 2:    After line 2 insert:

        Section 2. Coordination Clause.
        If this bill and H.B. 345, Notaries Public Revision, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the amendments in Subsection 46-1-13(8) of this bill become Subsection 46-1-16(7) in H.B. 345.
