             7      AN ACT RELATING TO RECREATIONAL TRAILS; APPROPRIATING $400,000 FROM
             8      THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 TO THE CENTENNIAL
             9      NONMOTORIZED PATHS AND TRAIL CROSSINGS PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
             10      EFFECTIVE DATE.
             11      This act enacts uncodified material.
             12      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             13          Section 1. Appropriation.
             14          Except as provided in H.B. 4, Appropriations Coordination Act, there is appropriated
             15      $400,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000, to the Centennial Nonmotorized Paths
             16      and Trail Crossings Program created under Section 63-11a-503 .
             17          Section 2. Effective date.
             18          This act takes effect on July 1, 1999.
