5 AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS; REMOVING THE UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT
6 FROM THE SUNSET ACT.
7 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
8 REPEALS:
9 63-55-261, as last amended by Chapter 59, Laws of Utah 1998
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Repealer.
12 This act repeals:
13 Section 63-55-261, Repeal dates, Title 61.
