5 AN ACT RELATING TO CORRECTIONS; REMOVING THE SUNSET DATE REGARDING
6 REPORTING REQUIRED OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS' SEX OFFENDER
7 PROGRAM.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 63-55-264, as last amended by Chapter 15, Laws of Utah 1997
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 63-55-264, Repeal dates, Title 64.
