APPROPRIATION FOR AERONAUTICAL
2 OPERATIONS OF UDOT
3 1999 GENERAL SESSION
4 STATE OF UTAH

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL
7 FUND IN FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000, $2,000,000 TO AERONAUTICAL OPERATIONS OF
8 THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) Except as provided in H.B. 4, Appropriations Coordination Act, there is appropriated
13 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000, $2,000,000 to aeronautical operations of the
14 Department of Transportation.
15 (2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) shall be used for the construction,
16 improvement, or maintenance of publicly used airports in the state.
17 (3) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
18 Section 2. Effective date.
19 This act takes effect on July 1, 1999.
