    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 55, TECHNOLOGY IN MIDDLE SCHOOL - PILOT PROGRAM, by Representative T. Rowan, with the following amendments:

    1. Page 2 Line 28:    After "least" delete "one but no"
    2. Page 2 Line 28a:    Delete "more than"    
    3. Page 2 Line 29:    Delete four and insert "two-thirds"
