    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 56, PARENTAL CONSENT CURRICULUM REQUIREMENTS, by Representative M. Carlson, with the following amendments:

    Page 2, Line 40: After "in" insert "the" and after "custody" delete "or under the
 supervision of the criminal justice system" and insert "of Youth
 Corrections"
    Page 2, Line 42: After "notice" delete "as required by board rule." and insert "delivered
     by registered mail."
