Mr. Speaker:
The Government Operations Committee recommends H.B. 114, IMPACT FEES AMENDMENTS, by Representative G. Adair, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 114, IMPACT FEES AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:
1. Page 4, Line 92: After "(b) In" delete the rest of the line
2. Page 4, Line 93: Delete line 93
3. Page 4, Line 94: Delete "and yet to be received, and in"
4. Page 4, Line 96: After "identify" reinstate ", if applicable"
5. Page 4, Line 97: After "(i) the" delete "original" and after "cost of" delete "all" and after "facilities" delete the rest of the line
6. Page 4, Line 98: Delete "ascertainable, a good faith estimate of the original cost"
7. Page 4, Line 118: Delete line 118
8. Page 5, Line 119-120: Delete lines 119-120 and renumber remaining sections accordingly
