    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 321, PRISON EDUCATION APPROPRIATION, by Representative L. Pace, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "COUNTY" delete "PRISONS" and insert "JAILS"

2.    Page 1, Line 14:    After "county" delete "prisons" and insert "jails"

3.    Page 1, Line 16:    After "County" delete "prisons" and insert "jails"

4.    Page 1, Line 20:    After "the" delete "prison" and insert "jail"
