    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 16, GANG ENHANCEMENT AMENDMENTS, by Senator J. Hull, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 16:    Bracket "would be criminally liable for the offense" and insert "participated"

2.    Page 1, Line 16:    After "as parties" insert "to the offense"

3.    Page 1, Line 19:    After "persons, the" insert "standard of proof applied by the"

4.    Page 1, Line 19:    After "shall" delete "apply" and insert "be"

5.    Page 1, Line 19:    Delete "standard"
