    The Judiciary Committee recommends S.B. 208, COHABITANT ABUSE ACT AMENDMENTS, by Senator T. Spencer, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 208, COHABITANT ABUSE ACT AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1.     Page 4, line 97    After "include" delete "documentation"and insert "corroborating evidence"

2.     Page 4, line 99    After "or other" delete "documentation"and insert "corroborating evidence"
