Representative Saunders proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 62:    Bracket "shall" and insert "may"

2.    Page 3, Line 68:    Bracket "shall" and insert "may"

3.    Page 3, Line 75:    Bracket "shall" and insert "may"

4.    Page 4, Line 98:    Delete "shall" and insert "may" and delete the rest of the line.

6.    Page 5, Line 143:    After "orientation" insert "and suggested curriculum for a

7.    Page 5, Line 147:    After "elder abuse." insert:
    Lilac Copy    "(2) The video will be supplied without charge to the counties to
    January 25, 1999     use as circumstances permit. It is recommended that it be shown to all applicants for a marriage license."
        Renumber the rest of the paragraph as Subsection (3).


8. Page 5, Lines 148 - 149:    Delete lines 148 and 149.

9.    Page 6, Line 150:    Delete line 150.
