1.    Page 1, Line 23:    Delete "three" and insert "two"

2.    Page 1, Line 24:    After "be enrolled" insert "and eight absences without a legitimate or valid excuse"

    dated Feb 11, 1999:    After "minor" insert "delivered by certified mail, containing notice of the requirements of this section and stating that refusal to respond to the notice is a class B misdemeanor"

4.    Page 5, Line 141
    Committee Amendment
    dated Feb 11, 1999    After "truant minor." insert "A truancy citation issued by a truant officer shall be approved by the school administrator."
