         Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.

5.    Page 2, Line 37:    Bracket "and"

6.    Page 2, Line 38:    After "procedures" and insert:
         "; and
        (11) deaths described in this section when a request is made to assume custody by a county or district attorney or law enforcement agency in connection with a potential homicide investigation or prosecution."
