Senator D. Edgar Allen proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 71
Lilac 2-22-99: Delete "considers" insert "determines" and after "autopsy" insert "to be" and after "unnecessary" delete the rest of line 71 and insert:
", provided that an autopsy requested by a district or county attorney or law enforcement agency may only be determined to be unnecessary if the cause of death can be ascertained without an autopsy being performed."
2. Page 3, Lines 72-72a
Lilac 2-22-99: Delete lines 72 and 72a
