1. Page 1, Line 6: After "UNITS;" insert "EXPANDING THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH MINERAL LEASE BOND PROCEEDS MAY BE USED;"
2. Page 1, Line 23: After "bonds" bracket "shall" and insert "may" and after "used" bracket "to"
3. Page 1, Line 24: After "(a)" insert "to"
4. Page 1, Line 25: After "(b)" insert "to" and after "bonds" bracket ";"
5. Page 1, Line 26: Bracket "(c)" and after "costs" insert:
"; and
(c) for other special service district purposes related to the services the special service district is authorized to provide"
