Senator Karen Hale proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 29:    After "Counties;" delete "and"

2.    Page 2, Line 30:    After "commissioners" delete "." and insert ";" and after line 30
        insert the following:

        "(vi) a representative of the Bureau of Land Management;
        (vii) a representative of the Utah Wilderness Coalition; and
        (viii) a representative of the Utah academic community."

3.    Page 2, Line 31:    After "(2)(a)(iv)" insert "and Subsections (2)(a)(vi) through (2)(a)(vii)"

4.    Page 2, Line 36:    After line 36 insert the following:

        "(d) The committee member specified in Subsection (2)(a)(viii) shall be selected by the other members of the committee."

5.    Page 2, Line 40:    After "(c)" delete "Four" and insert "Six"
