2.    Page 3, Line 61
    Lilac copy:    After line 61 insert the following:

        "(ii) The committee shall set minimum standards for the collecting, analyzing, and reporting of data by grant recipients.
        (iii) The committee shall arrange for peer review of all grant recipients' data and conclusions."

        Renumber accordingly.
