             6      AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $700,000 FROM THE
             7      S [ GENERAL ] OLYMPIC SPECIAL REVENUE s FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 ONLY, TO
             7a      THE DIVISION OF PARKS AND
             8      RECREATION; S [ APPROPRIATING UP TO $260,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR
             9      FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 ONLY, TO THE HEBER VALLEY HISTORIC RAILROAD
             10      AUTHORITY, CONTINGENT ON MATCHING FUNDS;

AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
             11      DATE.
             12      This act enacts uncodified material.
             13      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             14          Section 1. Appropriation.
             15          For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the S [ General Fund ] OLYMPIC SPECIAL REVENUE FUND s :
             16           S [ (1) ] s $700,000 to the Division of Parks and Recreation to build a day lodge at Soldier
             17      Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park S [ ; and ] .
             18           [ (2) up to $260,000 to the Heber Valley Historic Railroad Authority created under Title 9,
             19      Chapter 3, Part 3, Heber Valley Historic Railroad Authority, to be used to build a depot for the
             20      Heber Valley Historic Railroad. The appropriation in this Subsection (2) is contingent on
             21      matching funds from Wasatch County or any city or local municipality within that county.

             22          Section 2. Effective date.
             23          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
