                  AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $475,000 FROM THE
                  GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE OLENE WALKER HOUSING
                  TRUST FUND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
                  This act enacts uncodified material.
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Appropriation.
                      (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, $475,000 to the
                  Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund created in Section 9-4-702.
                      (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that $250,000 of the appropriation made in Subsection
                  (1) be for fiscal year 2000-01 only.
                      Section 2. Effective date.
                      This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
